Villaron Group’s Digital Construction Measuring service delivers on-site measurements for both “to-be-constructed” set-outs and “as-constructed” verification. Using state-of-the-art Leica instruments and trained specialists, we capture precise geometry for walls, boundaries, penetrations, services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ductwork), cabinetry, stone, and fit-outs—then deliver coordinated files your teams can use immediately in CAD/BIM, estimating, or CNC workflows. 

What we do 

• Set-out (to-be-constructed): Establish control points and mark accurate layouts for walls, services routes, penetrations, and equipment pads to eliminate guesswork and speed installation. 
• As-constructed verification: Measure completed works against design tolerances; produce deviation maps and reports to certify compliance before the next trade mobilises. 
• MEP measuring: Capture duct, pipe, cable tray and plant positions to millimetre accuracy for clash avoidance, prefabrication, and O&M records. 
• Cabinetry & benchtops: Site-measure joinery and stone with templates/point data that convert straight into NC files for CNC machines—reducing templating time and remakes. 
• Boundary & grid checks: Confirm boundary offsets, grids, and datum levels to prevent costly placement errors. 
• Scan-to-CAD/BIM: Generate clean DWG/DXF/IFC or point-cloud data for designers, fabricators, and site teams.

2. On-site capture: Our technicians visit site with Leica total stations/laser tools and controlled workflows for repeatable, high-quality measurements. 
3. QA & coordination: Cross-checks against control points and design intent; flag variances and build an issues list. 
4. Delivery: Provide ready-to-use files (DWG/DXF/IFC/CSV/NC), marked-up PDFs, and a concise compliance report—plus optional import into your systems. 
5. Follow-up: Rapid revisions after site changes; archived datasets ensure everyone builds from the latest truth.
